Theme: Temperament Styles of Greek and US Children (Oakland, Thomas; Hatzichvistou, Chryse)
Purpose: We want to compare how the children in two different countries and cultures, how they think and also how this helps the respective country to go on their own paths and development. Also the differences between the gender,
Variables: Children, Culture, Temperament, Extroversion, Introversion, Gender, Styles
Problem: How the way of thinking in the kids, makes the countries due to their cultures different and develop how they do it, and also how the gender is different in their ways of thinking, because a girl its more sentimental than a guy.
Design:Its experimental, an specifically a pure experiment, we read in the abstract that they used 400 greek kids and 5400 from the US that were chosen randomly in both of the cases, and make the studies.
Instruments:We will make some interviews and some studies, to see how the ages, cultures and gender makes them different. Also check out some journals and books related to these psychology issues.
Type of Investigation: Qualitative, we will study the way of thinking and their reactions, and its something that it might change with the variables (age, gender)
